They have three children together, two girls and a boy. The names of their children are Jacqueline, Chiquis, and Michael. Currently, he is serving his jail sentence for his crimes.

José Trinidad Marín’s life is full of crimes and he is a criminal. In the year 1997, His sister in law, Rosie Rivera, Younger sister of his famous wife Jenni Rivera, filed a court case against him. She claimed that Trino Marin Joven abused her sexually. After the police and medical investigations, her claims were found true. She was assaulted by Trino Marin Joven during sexual abuse. A case was filed in him on the charges of assault and rape.

Later, Rosie Rivera claimed that he is also assaulting and sexually abusing both his girls, Chiquis and Jacqueline. And these claims were also found to be true after the police and medical investigations.

He was on a run for nine-year and was declared a fugitive by the police and government. He was arrested in the year 2006 and a case was registered against him. Court asked him to serve a 31-year jail sentence. He is currently serving 31 years of jail time.

Despite his assault and sexual abuse of his daughters, he has good relation with them and they are still in touch. He called his daughter on her wedding day to congratulate her on her biggest day of life.

Trino Marin wife is Jenny Rivera. She is also known as Dolores Janney “Jenni” Rivera Saavedra. She was an American singer, songwriter, actress, television producer, spokesperson, philanthropist and entrepreneur. She was born on the  2nd of July 1969. She died on the 9th of December 2012 in a plane crash with six other passengers near Monterrey, Mexico. She was just 43 years old at the time of death. In her memory,  two monuments were created named En Memoria de la Diva de la Banda and Jenni Rivera Memorial Park.

The name of her father is  Pedro Rivera and the name of her mother is  Rosa Saavedra. Both of her parents were immigrants from Mexico. She was born and raised in Long Beach, California, the United States of America. She had five siblings, one sister and four brothers. Her brother Lupillo is also a regional Mexican musician. 

She attended California State University, Long Beach and she graduated with a degree in business administration. After her graduation, she started to work with his father on the record label Cintas Acuario. The record label is owned by his father. She also worked in the real estate industry for quite some time. A book was published and launched by her family named Unbreakable: My Story, My Way after her death.

Rumour:

There was a rumour spreading and became viral that the police department is releasing José Trinidad Marín AKA Trino Marin for his good behaviour in the jail. But his brother later said to the press that there was no development as such.
