Cute Bear Bento Gluten Free Meatloaf Recipe IMG 0017b 300x267We made for dinner the night before some turkey meatloaf stuffed peppers.  I made hers of course GF.  With a little of the meat I always try to set aside a meal or two for my bento.  My hubby is not huge on leftovers, don’t get me wrong he will eat whatever I put in front of him but variety nightly is best at our house, so I don’t her ‘This again”….

This is a great tip by the way cause it helps my freezer stash if I make something and then at the same time use some of it to cook in a small container for bento.  (silicon cup cake liners work great for this! also muffin tins) This way everything is baked or cooked and no left overs,  just bento additions waiting in the freezer- YEA!
