Best toys for Christmas 2010 List

During the day while the kiddos are at school I work retail I see what people are buying, by night when Mommas work is all done I surf the web. So here it is I compiled a list of  the top 20 Christmas toys of 2010!  There is ideas for kiddos to teens so enjoy and be Merry!  Have a wonderful family fun filled Christmas!!!!

*Prices are definitely either more or less than listed they will change day to day as Christmas specials are all changing daily. Do your research you can bundle at certain sites and get free shipping or hit the sales in stores. Remember Walmart will match any advertised price! (They will not match online prices) I always say yes to the 1-3 buck charge for insurance on computerized anything. Just know your kid will probably destroy it if not them their friends so don’t be such a penny pincher add the insurance! That way you cannot get pissed if they break it, it is just a few bucks……..

“Accio-toys”  Harry Potter toys for that wizard in your home. With the new movie from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 how can you go wrong?

Kinect for Xbox 360  249.00-up

Tried this out with the kiddos at Best Buy and it was AWESOME!!!! It puts the other interactive game system to shame.. It was so cool and two player can even play together at same time so the fun is doubled. I could not believe how I was moving and it tracked my moves. No hand held device at all! My little one saw the game Kinectimals where you can have a pet like a tiger and interact with it and give it commands and show it affection. She is just going to completely go insane if she cannot have this one! Bonus this Kinectimals is great cause so many games are too violent for little ones and this is just perfect!

Fur Real Go GO My Walking Pup 49.00-up

My family has a long relationship with the Fur Real Pets! I love that it is any pet that they want and I don’t have to clean up after it. We have a few at our home and they are all very loved. Now they have a puppy and you can walk it. Too cool! My little one cannot wait to add this one to her farm of animals she is starting to collect in her room. If it is anything remotely like the other ones it is sure to be a hit!

Barbie Video Girl 39.00-up

My daughter is sort of a Barbie girl, My first one definitely was. But what got my second one into it was seeing this Barbie Video Girl. You can have the Barbie and make short videos that you can upload into your computer. Cool idea for the kids of 2010. Plus it will give me an idea on how she plays when alone and how funny will those movie clips be, cannot wait.. Plus if you buy it at Walmart you can get for $3 bucks insurance so if your little one destroys it somehow you can get it replaced! BONUS!!!!!

Justin Beiber doll 39.00-up

My teen has “Beiber Fever” and she no longer plays with dolls, too cool for that stuff now, but when shopping she saw this and like any 14 yr old girl “OMG I have to have this Mom from Santa”.

Monster High 39.00-up

If your kiddo is not into Barbie type she will like this!  My second daughter said this is definitely what she wants! She is not so much the Princess/Barbie girl so this Monster High is SOOO up her alley! They are popular so if you can snag one up do it. I have been looking all over and SOLD OUT everywhere!

They offer allot of variety so there is something for sure for all kids.

Calico Critters town Home 79.99-up

Your kid an animal lover!  Not into the doll thing? This is the gift.

There are many different types of animal families you can choose from. My daughter saw the bunnies and said “AWW they are so cute Momma”.  As with any collection you can get not only the families but stuff for the home and play and the list goes on and on.

My Pillow Pets 24.99- up

Who does not like a snuggly stuffy? Bonus it is a pillow for that anytime lay down and give Mommy a break time.. Seriously though it is cute and my daughter loves hers and wants more.  Need I say more?

Bigfoot the Monster (remote control) 84.88 -up

Boys and remote toys go together! This Bigfoot the Monster is just the thing he is geared to kid 3-8 yrs old and will probably be the new version of the Tickle me Elmo of Christmas past…

Squinkies and Cupcake Suprise Bakeshop 10.99-35.99 -up

Ok but why? My little one wants this pretty bad. I will admit that it is cute, but it seems like very small parts so if your kiddo likes to put things into the mouth this is a no no! Definitely for older ones in that respect. Bright colors, cute little people, animals and babies with little houses and such, but small pieces like these get lost fast at my house. I know she wants it and it is definitely being pushed this year. It  is a popular toy, but I can see this one all over and sucked up into the vacuum. If your little one is good at collecting there is a bunch of these little things, many series of them out now to keep your little one interested.

Loopz Game 29.99 -up

Skill action memory game with music This interactive device consists of four semi-circular rings. The loops flash with ever-quickening patterns of light and music which players must mimic by waving their hands through the corresponding loops. It includes 7 different games that can be played solo or as a Head-to-head competition. For 1 to 4 players.

I would think kids and teens would like this at least they will be moving instead of veggin in front of the TV video games?
