Frankenstein ‘ s Bento

I went shopping and picked up a few items that would add some fun to my Halloween bento lunches for my kiddo. With a green tortilla I was inspired to make a Frankenstein Bento lunch today.

Frank is made from a spinach tortilla (not GF) she has non dairy cheese inside and GF turkey. His face details are Nori for hair and eyebrows, and cheese for eyes and mouth. Underneath him is a big black spider decoration crawling across some veg. Next to him are some purple grapes with eyes staring at you and a little meat roll below that.

This was super quick and easy to make only supplies I used were a pair of scissors for the nori hair and a circle cutter for the eyes.

Momma Says: tonight watch some kiddie movies for Halloween and pop the popcorn Halloween is almost here!

Awww he’s so cute & cleverly made! =) Do your kids eat the nori? I tried it on a lunch and they picked it off. LOL!!

Yes my kiddo eats the nori but If I completely cover something she wont, small doses she is good. I think you could probibly use white cheese and black food coloring ( I use gel) and then make a paint with a bit of water and color cheese if you cant use nori, plus who doesnt like cheese! thanks-
